Service description

Jadogo provides automated missed-call answering and text-back services for client businesses. When a caller reaches your Jadogo number, we may answer the call, play a greeting, record a voicemail, and send a follow-up text message to the caller on your behalf. We also provide a dashboard to review calls, leads, bookings, and settings.

Subscription terms

• Jadogo is billed monthly. Your plan and price are shown when you sign up and in your dashboard.
• Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment is required until the trial ends.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Client responsibilities

By using Jadogo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
• Ensure you have the right to have Jadogo communicate on your behalf with your own customers and callers.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including telemarketing and privacy laws.

Acceptable use

You may not use Jadogo for any illegal, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. This includes sending spam, impersonating others, or using the service to contact people who have not consented to hear from your business. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Limitation of liability

Jadogo is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep the service reliable, we are not liable for missed business opportunities, lost profits, or other damages resulting from technical failures, carrier delays, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. You can cancel your subscription in your dashboard. We may also suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or non-payment. On termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and the account deletion tools available in your dashboard.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
