What we collect

We collect the information we need to answer your missed calls, text callers back, and run your account.

• Caller information: phone numbers, voicemails, and call recordings from people who call your Jadogo number.
• Business account information: business name, owner name, email address, phone number, trade type, hours, and any details you provide during signup or in Settings.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit-card numbers ourselves.
• Usage data: logs of calls, texts, bookings, and dashboard activity needed to operate the service.

How we use it

• Answer missed calls and send text-back confirmations to callers.
• Generate AI-assisted call summaries using Google Gemini.
• Process billing through Stripe.
• Send account-related emails such as receipts and alerts through Resend.
• Keep your business hours, forwarding settings, and intake questions up to date.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share caller phone numbers or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text messaging

Message frequency varies based on call volume — typically one text per missed call.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of future messages.

Third-party services

We use a small set of trusted providers to run Jadogo:

• Twilio — phone calls and text messages
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Gemini — AI processing of call transcripts and text conversations
• Resend — account emails
• Supabase — data storage and authentication

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, you can use the account deletion feature in your client dashboard to permanently remove your business data, call records, leads, and bookings. Some billing and legal records may be retained longer as required by law.
